somatic mystery school
where we feel, see, listen & speak to the body
living within the mysteries of life invites us to slow down, tune in, and live with intention.
somatic mystery school honors that when every ending brings a new beginning, and that life is full of mysteries.
some know and most unknown.
as humans living in a fast-paced world, there is a lot of competition for our attention and focus. as a result, we may not be fully seated in the body; we may feel lost and/or overwhelmed by the pull for our attention and focus.
somatic mystery school invites us to return to the body, reclaim the body, and remember our belonging.
when we don't know where to go, may we remember to turn inward, for when we breathe in, we re-member that we belong to the larger body and to ourselves.
when we feel lost, may we return to love. to our love, Mother Earth's love, and the love that we have for each other.
may we remember that liberation is for all; for we all deserve to be free.
free to live,
free to be ourselves
& free to love.
return to the body
The first pillar of the Somatic School, returning to the body, calls us into sacred ritual: the art of listening deeply to the body’s stories and honoring the wisdom held within our lived experiences. When we revere the body’s seasons and cycles, we orient ourselves toward both purpose and grace, aligning with the natural rhythms that guide us home. Intuitively, we remember what is nourishing, what fosters vitality, and how to make decisions that truly support us. Womb health becomes a sacred portal, inviting us to tend to the inner child and empower the inner mother, restoring wholeness through self-compassion, ancestral remembrance, and embodied sovereignty.
reclaim the body
The second pillar of somatic mystery school, reclaiming the body, calls us home to our authentic expression, inviting us to unravel and heal the patterns woven through our lineages and to reclaim sacred rest. Reclaiming the body helps us be ourselves, heal old family patterns, and remember how important rest is. Our bodies hold our stories, and by caring for them, we can feel better, break old cycles, and find new ways to live. Here, we remember that the body is both an archive and an altar, a place where ancestral wisdom and personal liberation meet, and where deep rest becomes the fertile ground for new ways of being.
remember the body
The third pillar of the somatic mystery school, remembering the body, invites us to honor the individual body, the collective body, and the earth body as sacred and interconnected. This pillar grounds us in belonging, reminding us we are never alone and that our power arises from being rooted in our truth and making choices that honor the body’s wisdom. It calls us to remember: as above, we are woven into the fabric of all that is; as below, we are deeply rooted in the earth. In this remembrance, we reclaim our place in the web of life, drawing strength from our connection to each other and to the living world.
